Do you write meal plans?

No. This is outside of my scope of practice. In the United States, only Registered Dieticians (RDs) are legally allowed to prescribe meal plans. 

I provide structured guidance so that my clients can learn how to make nutrition choices that work for their wants and needs. While meal plans can be helpful in specific situations (like for medical reasons), for the general population, they are unnecessary and arguably, even problematic. It’s more valuable in the long run to learn how to fish instead of being handed the fish, as the say goes.


What is your typical response time?

For check-ins, I promise a 24 hr response time. In the rare case that your response is delayed due to an emergency, you will be notified asap. 

A check-in that is submitted after the deadline may result in a delayed response as well.


Is Monthly Macros or The Rebel Way right for me?

I strongly believe everyone will benefit from the 1:1 attention and comprehensive nutrition support of The Rebel Way. Nutrition is far more than just macro calculations, after all! 

Monthly Macros is for folks who already have experience tracking macros and are already confident and consistent with the habits that are required of their goals.


Do you do competition coaching?

Do I have to track macros?

No. Tracking macros is just a tool. There are many other nutrition tools that can be helpful when learning how to navigate food quantities. Let me know your thoughts and preferences when it comes to tracking and I will customize my guidance accordingly.

How often will my plan be updated?

As often as required.  I will review trends in weekly check-ins and communication when it comes to factors like biofeedback, mindset, adherence, and metrics, and make adjustments to keep you on track for your goals.

What happens if I’m not able to stay adherent to my plan?

This happens; you’re human after all! One of the many perks of working with me is that I can support you in the behavioral change that might be required to support your goals.

Do you write training programing for each client?

Yes. All training clients will receive a program that’s 100% customized to their goals, preferences, physical limitations, equipment access, and schedule requirements. 

All programs are written in cycles. You will complete one cycle for 6-12 weeks and then adjustments will be made depending on your preferences and progress.


Do you do form checks? How do they work?

Yes. Training clients can submit training videos on the Rebellious App for review to receive personalized feedback.
