What to Expect

    The more we know, the better we can guide you. Tell us about your typical routine, common challenges you face, and what you see yourself achieving with us in the next 12 weeks - 12 months!

  • Initial Consultation

    An in-depth review of where you’re at, where you want to go, and everything we’ll guide you through in-between.

  • Detailed Weekly Check-ins via Rebellious App

    Tell us about your week! Receive weekly, customized feedback from your coach to ensure you’re taking the steps you need to to achieve your goals.

  • Daily Monitoring of Biofeedback & Habits

    Keep your coach up to date! Keep track of sleep, energy, digestion, and more in your daily check-in with us in the Rebellious App.

  • Live Group Coaching Calls

    Join us weekly for a group chat on Zoom! Kick back in solidarity with a like-minded community. Ask questions, receive support, or just enjoy a little mid-week decompression time!

  • Community Forum

    24/7 peer support from TRC members. Swap recipes, vent, or lean on us for an extra source of accountability.

We like to think of nutrition & exercise as a SPECTRUM. While some folks benefit from a more laid back approach to lifestyle habits, other folks enjoy chasing more precise goals (and many will fall somewhere in between!)

Morgan, Ada, and Erin cover all areas of the spectrum with their coaching styles and expertise. 

Our coaching programs are designed in a tier structure, so you can customize the guidance and support you receive during the time you spend with us. We think this is important, as your needs will change over time!  As our ultimate goal for you to graduate from our program, fully confident in your ability to navigate your future goals on your own. The longer you spend with us, the less support from us you’ll need.
